By accessing or using AskKevan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of AskKevan, including individual real estate agents and brokerages. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use AskKevan. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

AskKevan is an AI-powered assistant that helps real estate professionals manage client relationships and automate property searches. The service includes a conversational CRM, automated searches on platforms like Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com, and multi-channel access via web, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Our automation features run on your local machine and require your explicit permission before taking any action. AskKevan operates on a human-in-the-loop model, meaning all automated tasks require your review and approval.

We provide integrations with Google Calendar and other third-party services to enhance functionality. These integrations are optional and can be disconnected at any time.

AskKevan operates on an honor system. The service is free to use until you close your first deal using our platform. After your first close, we ask that you begin paying based on the value you receive.

Our suggested pricing is approximately $199 per month for individual agents and $349 per month for brokerages, but you have the flexibility to pay what feels fair based on your usage and results. No credit card is required to start.

You may cancel at any time without penalty. We trust our users to participate honestly in this model, and we reserve the right to adjust or discontinue service for users who do not honor the spirit of this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You agree to use AskKevan in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing real estate practices in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated search features complies with the terms of service of third-party platforms.

You must not use AskKevan for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AskKevan and all related technology, designs, and content are the intellectual property of AskKevan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

You retain ownership of all data you input into AskKevan, including client information, search preferences, and notes. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.

By using AskKevan, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

AskKevan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskKevan and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to AskKevan is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in automated search results, integration failures with third-party services, or any business losses resulting from your use of AskKevan. You use the service at your own risk.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your settings. Upon termination, your access to AskKevan will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that harms other users or our business.

In the event of termination by us, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data, except in cases of severe violation or legal requirement.
