On-Premise Execution
AskKevan's automation features run on your own machine, not on our servers. This means your browser interactions with property search sites happen locally, giving you complete control over the automation process.
While automations run on-premise, search results and client data are stored in our cloud infrastructure to enable access across all your devices and channels. You maintain ownership of all your data.
This hybrid approach provides the convenience of cloud access while ensuring that automated searches respect your local environment and permissions.
Third-Party Services
AskKevan integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar for scheduling, Telegram and WhatsApp for messaging, and various property search platforms. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
We only share the minimum necessary information with third-party services to provide functionality. For example, we share calendar event details with Google Calendar to create appointments, but we do not share your full client database.
You can revoke access to third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your data through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
You can export your data in a portable format, and you can request that we delete your account and all associated data. Upon request, we will delete your information within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
